Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only. Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging with features and content in compliance with this Policy and applicable laws.

• Interacting with other users in a respectful and constructive manner.

2. Prohibited Activities

While using Xymbia, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

a. Unlawful or Harmful Conduct

• Violating any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

• Engaging in any activity that is harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

b. Interference and Security

• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or disable the App's functionality, security features, or servers.

• Engaging in unauthorized access to or use of the App's servers, networks, or accounts.

• Distributing or introducing any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

c. Privacy Violations

• Collecting or harvesting any personal data about other users without their consent.

• Attempting to access or gather data from any unauthorized areas of the App.

d. Content Violations

• Posting, uploading, or sharing any content that is illegal, offensive, obscene, or otherwise violates this Policy.

• Uploading or sharing copyrighted material without proper authorization.

• Using the App to distribute unsolicited advertising, spam, or other forms of unauthorized solicitation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You agree not to use any intellectual property associated with Xymbia (including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials) in a way that could infringe upon our or others' rights.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or share through the App. Content that violates this Policy or applicable laws may be removed, and your account may be suspended or terminated.

We reserve the right to moderate, monitor, or remove any user-generated content that we believe violates this Policy, is offensive, or is otherwise inappropriate.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it to us immediately at info@xymbia.com. We may investigate and take appropriate actions in response to any reported violations.

6. Consequences of Violations

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the App, either temporarily or permanently, for any violation of this Policy.

• Take any necessary legal action, including reporting violations to law enforcement authorities, if appropriate.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Continued use of the App following such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
