Account Deactivation Policy

Last Updated: November 7, 2024This Account Deactivation Policy ("Policy") explains the process and terms for deactivating user accounts on Xymbia, operated by Xymbia Ventures Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Xymbia, you agree to this Policy.
1. User-Initiated Deletion
You may delete your account at any time by following the delete steps outlined below:
Go to the MyProfile section of the App.
Select Settings → Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.
Upon deletion:
Your profile, settings, and any content of type tasks, lists and tags created by you will be deleted and no longer accessible by other users. This data deletion will be done in background and may take up to 30 days for completion.
Any content provided by you and shared with others in reference to items not owned by you will remain in the system and will be accessible by users of those items.

2. Deactivation by Xymbia
In certain situations, we may deactivate an account without prior notice, including but not limited to:
Violations of our Acceptable Use Policy and/or Privacy Policy.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Threats to the security, integrity, or reputation of our platform, users, or partners.
Copyright or trademark violations.
When we deactivate an account:
You will be notified via email.
You may contact us for more information or to request reinstatement, if applicable.
3. Reactivation
If you wish to reactivate your account:
Contact us at info@xymbia.com to request reactivation.
Reactivation may not be possible if the account was deactivated due to violations of our policies.
